Due to Covid-19, we are currently not running any courses at Springfield. Please keep checking our website for the latest news, or subscribe to our mailing list to hear from us when we are up and running again.
Our art workshops host up to 8 people at any one of our courses, which we believe makes for a more valuable and enjoyable learning experience. Small classes offer a chance for one-to-one time with our fantastic course leaders and time to help one another develop their artwork. Set in stunning countryside, participants of our courses find themselves captured and inspired by the surroundings, working in our home-built studio space. Come and learn art skills from a specialist teacher in fields such as cold wax, Mapuche weaving, eco-printing and more.
We are proud to host passionate and knowledgeable artists in their field at Springfield.
For our weekend courses you are welcome to meet on Friday evening for a briefing with canapés and drinks. Every course starts each day at 10am, with a delicious home cooked meal at 12. An afternoon tea will be provided and the day finishes at 4pm, leaving the afternoon yours to continue your artwork or to explore the local activities (canoeing the Wye, beautiful walks, cycle routes and charming restaurants). We have on site parking.
